Here at High Farm Kennythorpe which is a working farm you will find two very different kinds of accommodation!

The Mill House ......

which offers a tasteful and spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Snug living and dinning area with warm log effect stove, original exposed beams and all the facilities.

Our Tranquil Hut ......

​

offers an off grid experience where you will rely on candles, bbq, stove cooking and cosy camp fires, blankets and first logs provided. There is a separate loo cabin / pod .

The Tranquil Hut Arrival :

​

On arrival you will be asked to park at the farm.

Your belongings / groceries etc will be taken down to  your accommodation on the quad bike while you will be directed through the wild flower areas to the Hut ( ten minutes max ). Rucksacks and  carry boxes rather than suitcases work best .

The ground is uneven in places so sturdy footwear is required . We ask  that you don't take wellies or walking boots inside the hut but have something a little lighter to change into if possible .

There is plenty of storage under the bed.

Two large cool boxes will be ready for your supplies. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bottled water and  a few goodies to start you off will be there to welcome you.

Charcoal, logs, sticks and bedding are all included. More wood can be purchased for longer stays .

A breakfast or / and BBQ box can be ordered as an extra when booking .

Balloons, flowers, fizz, banners etc can all be arranged for special occasions,  contact Jill to discuss prices and possibilities!
